Personal & Life Coaching

Understand what matters. Choose what comes next.

You may know that something needs to change without yet knowing what that change should be. Personal coaching helps you slow the noise, understand your patterns and priorities, and make decisions that feel considered and achievable.

The process is practical and personal. We work with where you are now, what you want to be different and the choices or habits that can help you move forward.

Coaching may help you

  • Clarify goals, values and priorities
  • Build confidence and self-trust
  • Navigate personal change or uncertainty
  • Recognise unhelpful patterns and develop new responses
  • Improve boundaries and communication
  • Create realistic action and accountability
  • Reconnect with a stronger sense of direction

Career & Leadership Coaching

Grow your career and lead with greater clarity

Career growth is not only about the next role. It is about understanding your strengths, the contribution you want to make and how you need to develop to move forward with confidence.

Drawing on more than 30 years of business experience, I work with professionals and leaders to connect self-awareness with practical workplace action.

Areas we may explore

  • Career direction and development planning
  • Leadership identity and presence
  • Personal brand and professional visibility
  • Communication and executive storytelling
  • Decision-making and accountability
  • Leading beyond your immediate team
  • Managing different working styles
  • Conflict navigation and difficult conversations
  • Resilience, adaptability and change readiness

Grief & Loss Coaching

A compassionate space to find your way through loss

Grief can follow bereavement, divorce, the end of a relationship, a change in health, the loss of a role or identity, or another significant life transition. It does not follow a neat timeline, and moving forward does not mean forgetting what has been lost.

Grief and loss coaching offers a calm, supportive space to understand what you are carrying, reconnect with your own resources and find a way of living forward at a pace that is right for you.

Coaching may support you to

  • Make space for the practical and emotional impact of loss
  • Understand changing identity, roles and relationships
  • Navigate difficult days, decisions and transitions
  • Rebuild routines and sources of support
  • Reconnect with meaning, choice and personal agency
  • Take gentle, realistic steps towards the life ahead

Grief coaching is not psychotherapy, trauma treatment or crisis care. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will encourage you to seek the most appropriate professional or emergency support.

Life-transition Coaching

Rebuilding after change

The end of a marriage or another major transition can change daily life, relationships, identity and future plans. Once the immediate decisions have been made, there may still be important personal work ahead.

Coaching can help you rebuild confidence, establish new routines, clarify what you want from the next chapter and move forward in a way that feels grounded and intentional.

The coaching may focus on

  • Adjusting to a changed identity and daily life
  • Rebuilding confidence and decision-making
  • Creating boundaries and new routines
  • Strengthening resilience and personal support
  • Clarifying future goals and relationships
  • Turning a difficult ending into a considered new beginning

The Coaching Process

Insight that leads to action

Coaching is shaped around the person, the purpose and the pace of the work. A focused matter may require only a small number of sessions, while leadership development or significant life change may benefit from a longer programme.

  1. Connect:  We begin with a conversation about what has brought you to coaching, what you would like to be different and whether I am the right                   coach for your needs.
  2. Clarify:  We define the focus, outcomes and practical arrangements for the coaching relationship.
  3. Explore:  We work with your goals, patterns, strengths, beliefs, choices and the realities of your situation.
  4. Act:  Insight is translated into practical steps, experiments or commitments between sessions.
  5. Review:  We reflect on progress, adjust the focus and decide what will best support continued growth.
